As the Data Manager Financing , you’ll own the end-to-end management of Business Intelligence & Analytics tools and platforms in line with data management and governance standards to deliver high-quality data-driven insights for business strategy, product development, and business operations. You’ll lead data analyst, data architect, and data scientist to achieve the goal.

Your responsibilities include :

• Accountability for end-to-end ownership of BI & Analytics scope, including data architecture, the implementation of future-ready business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions, to drive insight generation, centralization of business & product metrics, and effective decision-making.
• Engaging and collaborating with business and product leaders across the team in Financing to understand data-related requirements and oversee the implementation of data technology and platforms to meet both enterprise-wide and division-specific needs.
• Leading the design and implementation of the Business Intelligence strategy in line with data management and governance controls and strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Providing technical and strategic advice to the data architecture, business & product monitoring, insight generation, and machine learning, to support the team member and stakeholders in order to drive more effective and efficient use of technology systems.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance guidelines & controls, provided by the Central Data Governance team, to ensure the effective use of Business Intelligence technologies at eFishery.
• Seeking opportunities to improve existing processes and practices around data technology deployment and management.
• Managing manpower planning strategy to ensure effective and impactful team deliverables.

Critical to your Sucess :

• Significant experience in leading the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions in a Technology company
• Demonstrated ability to partner, present, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
• SQL skills and knowledge of modern Business Intelligence tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of scaled agile ways of working
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people to develop individual and team potential.
• Knowledge of industry trends and technological developments in data management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
• Being self-motivated, results orientated and driven to improve business processes & product developments
