Roles
- As the Digital Marketing Specialist at DomaiNesia, your main role is to develop and implement online marketing strategies for DomaiNesia. The ideal candidate is motivated and a problem solver; exhibits thoughtful reasoning skills; uses data to inform decisions; and obsessed with all things social and online presence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop online marketing campaigns, including web, blog, SEM, email, social media and display advertising based on customer journey map.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Oversee brand building and awareness campaigns.
- Build strong online presence.
- Analyze online presence data, such as Google Analytics.
- Research customer and market opportunities.
Requirements

- 1-3 years of full-time experience in online marketing or advertising.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Willing to be placed in Jogja headquarter.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (including SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing).
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in technology and/or online marketing.
