Digital Marketing Specialist (Domainesia)

Full-time salaried position in our Jogja-based headquarter

Roles

  • As the Digital Marketing Specialist at DomaiNesia, your main role is to develop and implement online marketing strategies for DomaiNesia. The ideal candidate is motivated and a problem solver; exhibits thoughtful reasoning skills; uses data to inform decisions; and obsessed with all things social and online presence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop online marketing campaigns, including web, blog, SEM, email, social media and display advertising based on customer journey map.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Oversee brand building and awareness campaigns.
  • Build strong online presence.
  • Analyze online presence data, such as Google Analytics.
  • Research customer and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full-time experience in online marketing or advertising.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Willing to be placed in Jogja headquarter.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (including SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing).
  • Expertise in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in technology and/or online marketing.
