Paid Media Manager

At Ahrefs, we are seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to drive our digital advertising efforts and maximize our online presence. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with Ahrefs’ marketing goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house design team to create visually compelling and engaging ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Craft persuasive and attention-grabbing ad copy that effectively communicates Ahrefs’ value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Twitter to achieve desired outcomes, such as increased website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, leveraging Ahrefs’ powerful suite of SEO tools, to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the digital advertising landscape, ensuring Ahrefs remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Twitter, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad assets.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting and leveraging data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising trends, best practices, and platform-specific guidelines and policies.
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs’ suite of SEO tools and their application in paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
