Customer Care will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will use their analytical and communication skills to gather information, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to customers. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat
- Provide solutions to customer problems and escalate complex cases as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow-ups in the system
- Stay informed about the company’s products or services to assist customers effectively
- Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
- Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Experience 1-2 years as a Customer Care, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus
- Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
