As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social media strategies and campaigns, create engaging content, and monitor trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Job Description:
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community
- Implement and refine social media strategies to align with marketing goals and increase brand awareness
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging
- Identify and engage with social media influencers / KOL and brand advocates to amplify content reach
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role; typically 1+ years
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure content performance and make informed decision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging audiences
- Innovative mindset with a strong ability to generate and implement creative ideas
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
