HRIS ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

Lokasi: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, design, develop, and maintain HRIS integrations, apps, dashboards, and reporting across all HRIS modules, including but not limited to Personnel Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Leave Management, and Recruitment
  • System subject matter expert for system implementations, as well as providing training for new user and refreshment training
  • Create user accounts and manage access permission. Limited access
  • Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries
  • Design, document, implement, and monitor ad hoc and ongoing reports in HR to ensure they accurately reflect internal business requirements and capture required data for business needs
  • Potentially update HR social media (content etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years experiences as HRIS Administrator or similar role
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes
  • Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
