About the Job:

As GA Supervisor, you will play main role to overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, managing all teams associates, ensuring efficient workflow, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments and deliveries, implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

In this role, you will get to :

• Maintaining warehouse facilities and assets involves managing the building, ensuring the environment supports productive work, documenting all warehouse assets, regularly checking warehouse facilities, and carrying out warehouse renovations.
• Maintain all legal documents and warehouse permits, dealing and liaising with relevant external parties.
• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical team members
• Assist in arranging all necessary permits for the company’s operational continuity process
• Establish communication and coordination with the company’s environment

What you will Need to Succeed :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• at least 3 years experiance as GA Supervisor from Manufacture/Distribution Center/Warehouse Industry
• certified as a general healthy and safety expert (K3 Umum)
• Familiar with Automation/PLC ( Omron, Mitsubishi, HMI Program).
• Used to build strong relation into team, great communication with outstanding analytical skill and good leadership
• Willing to work at Warehouse Eiger Kalijati Subang, West Java
