About the Job:

  • Monitor and review operational activities of purchasing, sales and inventory of Eiger Hard/Soft Goods products starting from analyzing product character needs in different areas, analyzing sales and inventory of each article, providing recommendations to Merchandising Manager as validation for the preparation of the line list, compiling seasonal sales debrief reports, assortment range planning, seasonal forecasts and buying plans, analyzing size curve and color contribution in order to ensure Eiger Hard/Soft Goods margin targets are achieved.

What you will Need to Succeed :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, fashion or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years of Merchandise Planning experience
  • Have experience planning inventory for apparel or another high SKU count category
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with and manage execution across multiple teams
  • Passion for and experience in the fashion industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory planning processes (assortment planning, open-to-buy, re-orders, markdowns, etc.) and retail math
  • Excellent communication and statistical analysis skills
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving
  • Technical skill proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
