Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. About the Job :
As a Store Leader, you will play main role to supervise all store operation activities ranging from store opening, product display, store ambience setting, product sales management, product return and repair service management, customer complaint service, store closing to store asset management in order to support the achievement of store revenue targets.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Candidate must be posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- At least have 2 years experience in retail
- Used to work under target and customer oriented
- Interest in retail operations and selling strategy
- Able to lead and coordinate team
- Used to work with data, have great analytical skill and decision making
- Willing to work in shift and working on weekend/holiday
- Willing to work at Ponorogo, East Java
