Work Description

  • Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, supervises work of contractors in connection with the maintenance and improvement of buildings and building facilities.
  • Communicate with related suppliers/vendors in purchasing office supplies or office maintenance.
  • Ensure office environment are clean, safe and healthy for all employees by monitoring office neatness and cleanliness.
  • Provide Office maintenance and support on troubleshooting of office facility by conducting coordination with Internal Teams.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering.
  • Having Minimum 5 years experience in the asset management
  • Familiar with Ms. Office, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Visio.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong in Leadership and manage team.
  • Good accountability, innovative, positive attitude and hard-working.
  • Proficiency in English.
