Work Description

  • Conduct Training Needs analysis
  • Conduct training curriculum and design the content for digital program
  • Deliver training
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and result
  • Prepare report related to the training process and employee development
  • Review training and development records, identify and collate training needs, and identify the gaps. Assign and coordinate the appropriate training for all current employees in line with their roles
  • Implement the training schedule for all employees, establishing review dates and further training in line with employee’s role and the requirements of external bodies
  • Map out training plans for new starters and allocate required training and induction programs on commencement with Company

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with a relevant major
  • Having experience min 2 years as a Trainer, in the retail industry is a plus
  • Good Communication skills & proficiency in English
  • Willing traveling in Site/Store
