Work Description
- Conduct Training Needs analysis
- Conduct training curriculum and design the content for digital program
- Deliver training
- Evaluate training effectiveness and result
- Prepare report related to the training process and employee development
- Review training and development records, identify and collate training needs, and identify the gaps. Assign and coordinate the appropriate training for all current employees in line with their roles
- Implement the training schedule for all employees, establishing review dates and further training in line with employee’s role and the requirements of external bodies
- Map out training plans for new starters and allocate required training and induction programs on commencement with Company
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with a relevant major
- Having experience min 2 years as a Trainer, in the retail industry is a plus
- Good Communication skills & proficiency in English
- Willing traveling in Site/Store
