Jakarta Strategy Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Strategic Research is a role where you will be focusing on delivering data-driven insights to the stakeholders both through quantitative or qualitative research methodology. The final goal is to provide an actionable plan/suggestion/strategy based on your findings in order tackle key issues and challenges raised by stakeholders.
Job Description
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (both online & offline) for the game business
- Conduct competitor study and provide strategic inputs for the senior leaders
- Conduct robust data analysis utilizing Excel or any other data analysis tool
- Analyze industry trends, identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market
- Present research findings and analysis to senior leaders, packed in a comprehensive way
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related or engineering field will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a strategy consulting firm or strategic planning functions
- Highly intelligent, great critical, and analytical thinking (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Excellent in building reports and have strong presentation skills
- A team player; independent in managing and executing projects
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry’s best practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
