Uraian Pekerjaan
The day to day activities:
- Day to day operation includes campaign preparation and monitoring while ensuring the execution meets expected timeline. Able to adapt fast to campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
- Cross-functionals project coordination with key stakeholders which includes creative, project management officer, media, and social media team.
- Supporting tactical campaigns in terms of planning, channels, and monitoring with Assistant Marketing Manager.
- Getting local insight to sharpen quarterly / semester marketing strategy
- Execute and monitor Marketing Plan
- Work with managers to evaluate campaign execution
- Manage deliverable communication material and make sure all marketing channels live on schedule
- Monitoring and reporting performance of activities involving analytics team
- Monitor and track competitor activities for (promo, campaign, offline activities)
Kualifikasi
The must haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and mix experience of offline and online marketing.
- Advanced communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, not only independent but also a good team player with a customer-oriented mindset, and experienced working with large cross-functional teams.
