Uraian Pekerjaan

The day to day activities:

  • Day to day operation includes campaign preparation and monitoring while ensuring the execution meets expected timeline. Able to adapt fast to campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities. 
  • Cross-functionals project coordination with key stakeholders which includes creative, project management officer, media, and social media team.
  • Supporting tactical campaigns in terms of planning, channels, and monitoring with Assistant Marketing Manager.
  • Getting local insight to sharpen quarterly / semester marketing strategy
  • Execute and monitor Marketing Plan
  • Work with managers to evaluate campaign execution
  • Manage deliverable communication material and make sure all marketing channels live on schedule
  • Monitoring and reporting performance of activities involving analytics team
  • Monitor and track competitor activities for (promo, campaign, offline activities)

Kualifikasi

The must haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and mix experience of offline and online marketing.
  • Advanced communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, not only independent but also a good team player with a customer-oriented mindset, and experienced working with large cross-functional teams.
