Job Description
BRANDS:
– Responsible for wine recommendation to the guest during operational hours
– Will be responsible to improve wine sales and reach target revenue monthly
– Suggest wine of the month promotions together with the Head Sommelier to improve sales
– Responsible for daily wine inventory and monthly wine inventory
– Monitoring the condition of the wine cellar to ensure optimal storage
– In Charge for daily basis training during briefing in order to remind promotions and wines by glass to the floor Staff
– Weekly training to Staff for basic knowledge
– Has to assist to the monthly training with the Head Sommelier
Job Requirements
– Fluent English
– Social skills in order to approach guests
– At least 1-2 years working as a wine sommelier or involved in the wine program for fine casual restaurants
– Have good knowledge about wine process and most important wine appellations, different styles of wines, wine pairing.
– Good presence
– Confidence
– Organized and Responsible with work duties
