Business Development Specialist (Partnership)

Job Description

  • Monitor and communicate every program from and/or to partners to be implemented.
  • Check and record every program completion process (bills, exposure reports, etc.)
  • Monitor end to end process of the team’s daily operations in business units.
  • Update operational content in business units.
  • Identify business processes in business units for improvement.
  • Maintain good relations with external parties.
  • Analyze company needs and potential partnerships.
  • Build and initiate relationships with potential partners.
  • Create strategies for partner relationship development.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major, Fresh Graduate are open to apply 
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales are or business development, 
  • Have good knowledge in the digital ecosystem and e-commerce industry.
  • Good communication skills and fast learner.
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work individually or in a team.
  • Able to work with targets.
  • Having previous online/offline retail business experience is a plus.
