- Onboarding and nurturing relationships with channel partners to increase transaction volume
- Developing strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners
- Maximizing sales performance through effective channel management
- Generating innovative ideas for business development
- Conducting market research and regular business development studies
- Streamlining processes and ensuring efficient execution within the distribution channel
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives for our distribution network
- Measuring and evaluating the performance of our partner network
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem and e-commerce landscape
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets
- Experience in both online and offline retail channels (a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Organized and detail-oriented
