Job Description

  • Onboarding and nurturing relationships with channel partners to increase transaction volume
  • Developing strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners
  • Maximizing sales performance through effective channel management
  • Generating innovative ideas for business development
  • Conducting market research and regular business development studies
  • Streamlining processes and ensuring efficient execution within the distribution channel
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives for our distribution network
  • Measuring and evaluating the performance of our partner network

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem and e-commerce landscape
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets
  • Experience in both online and offline retail channels (a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
