• Translating the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
• Designing with a good understanding of usability and aesthetics, in accordance with the product design language, and can improve product usability and design using relevant methods.
• Designing and developing digital products through user experience research and recommendations to achieve business goals and increase user satisfaction.
• Designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high
• fidelity product prototypes according to the UX concept for Kompas digital products.
• Designing interface element (UI) graphics according to design guidelines in order to increase product usage with appropriate design methods.
• Prepares design documentation for submission to the developer.
• Collaborate effectively with the product manager, UX writer, developer, and related stakeholders during the design and implementation process.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in visual communication design, product design, information technology, or other relevant fields.
• 2+ years of work experience in product design (UI/UX) or digital product development.
• Good analytical thinking and problem
• solving skills.
• Good understanding of usability and ability to implement design principles (UX Laws).
• Have skills in creating prototypes, user flows, and information architecture.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Have the ability in the UX design process and do User Research.
• Have skills in prototyping applications (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Good understanding of UX Design for complex workflows.
• Having skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript is preferred.
