- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital media agency experience
- Understanding the advertising landscape in the Asia Pacific
- Having a good level of analytical and organizational skills, able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, experience manage a team with high pressure and pace
- Ability to share an understanding of the Agency, it’s principle, structure and corporate plan
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate and present ideas with conviction
- Service-oriented, outgoing personality, talkative
