Requirements
• Min 1-year experience in Sales in all-round media and creative services from digital (social media, google, programmatic, etc) to offline (Out-of-home, TV, experience marketing, ATL/BTL campaign)
• Demonstrate an advanced comprehension of creative services in either agency or brand environments, spanning online and offline media touch points.
• Programmatic experience (either agency, network, or as-tech company)
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Proven experience in B2B service sales, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business for agency partners or end clients.
• Strong record in building and maintaining relationships and to grow accounts and acquiring new business
• Ability to actively & and effectively communicate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Skilled in identifying and evaluating opportunities for new businesses
• Strong skills in presentation in English
• Excellence ability in English in the professional level both in written and verbal
• Capability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Job Role
• Identify and qualify new business leads – understanding what Leverate Group offerings and tailor them to client needs and requirements. Garnering a variety of sales pipelines
• Deliver high-quality pitch proposals and documents including quotations, against tight deadlines, and a fast-paced working environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate consulting insights into actionable marketing plans during the pitch
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry dynamics to provide strategic marketing recommendations.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand client objectives and develop impactful campaign strategies, pitch decks, and proposals across diverse touch-points
• Networking at key events, shows and lunches
• Actively working in fully digital platforms such as Spreadsheets, Powerpoint ecosystem, and other technology as required
