- A minimum of 2 years in an Account Management, Digital Marketing, Campaign Planning or Campaign Management position
- Prior agency experience or experience in working with an AdTech company preferred
- Good understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc), other digital channels as well as offline media (TV, print, Out of Home etc)
- Understanding of the advertising landscape in Indonesia and/or other countries in Asia-Pacific
- Highly organized, good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Service-oriented, outgoing personality
- Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction
- Self-starter, able to think independently and strong motivation to learn new skills
