- A minimum of 4+ in an Account Management, Digital Media Planner, Digital Marketing, Campaign Planning or Campaign Management position
- Prior agency experience or experience in working with an FMCG, Beauty, Tech, and Banking company preferred
- Good understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc), other digital channels as well as offline media (TV, print, Out of Home etc)
- Understanding of the advertising landscape in Indonesia and/or other countries in Asia-Pacific
- Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction
- Able to organize, compile, and summarize data. Preferably familiar with digital monitoring tools (Google analytic, FB analytic), and research tools (comscore, roy morgan, etc). As well advanced in building the proposal deck (PPT)
- Service-oriented, outgoing personality
- Self-starter, able to think independently and strong motivation to learn new skills
- Have a strong ability to build a good relationship with internal team and clients, also driven to grow the business well.
