Description
  • Develop and present comprehensive prospectuses and presentations to potential clients
  • Create and deliver compelling offers to secure new business deals
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing customers to foster growth and retention
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to guarantee timely and complete order fulfillment
  • Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and punctuality
  • Address and resolve any invoicing discrepancies promptly
  • Conduct regular monthly meetings with existing shippers to review and enhance service performance
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirement
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Min. 2 years experience as Account Manager/Sales/Marketing in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
  • Strong knowledge in cross border freight forwarding and custom regulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasive, negotiation and analytical thinking skills
