Corporate Finance Manager

Job Description

  • Lead the annual key strategy and budgeting development process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and actionable financial plans 
  • Lead the monthly and periodic forecasting process, including but not limited to short term and longer period business plans 
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models and analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and forecast future financial outcomes
  • Evaluate potential investment and project opportunities or strategic initiatives, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, capital projects and strategic partnerships, by conducting thorough financial due diligence and risk assessment 
  • Develop robust business cases and investment proposals, incorporating financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period to support decision-making by senior management and stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making by senior management, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case development

Requirements

  • >5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or related fields. 
  • Proven track record of managing complex financial projects, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a dynamic business environment. 
  • Experience in developing financial strategies, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations to senior management to achieve organizational objectives. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements, conduct financial modeling, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Proficiency in financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, and capital budgeting techniques. 
  • Knowledge of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies.
