Job Description
- Conduct training Customer Service Excellence (CSE).
- Responsible for training schedule and all administration that related to training activity.
- Support training activity by create training materials.
- Coordinate with other departments for training needs.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service.
- Required Skill(s): customer service, communication, social media, training.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
