Job Description

  • Conduct training Customer Service Excellence (CSE).
  • Responsible for training schedule and all administration that related to training activity.
  • Support training activity by create training materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments for training needs.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service.
  • Required Skill(s): customer service, communication, social media, training.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
