Marketing Brand Supervisor (Activation & PR)

Job Description

  • Assist in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health, identifying key issues and opportunities.
  • Assist in the deployment of Brand Marketing Plan by supervising the production, manage the timeline and progress all the campaign,
  • Lead Brand projects deployment and the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand plan and communication strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
  • Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based in performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with agencies to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.
  • Monitor budget spend.
  • Partner with different function for ongoing projects, partnership, administration & etc.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience in Brand Building/Development
  • Strong business mindset, analytical power, creative and good communication skill.
  • Preferable from FMCG/Start Up background.
  • Currently managing brand/products that exist in multiple region (nationwide).
  • Passion to growth and strong time management to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects.
  • Open minded, practical creativity, and result oriented.
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • At least 2-3 years experience managing brand / product with at least 2 of a few experiences below:

Campaign / Content production for Digital / Offline

  • Research experience
  • Budget management
  • Project Management 
  • New product launch / go to market
