What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Support the day to day operations activities
  • Ensure the entire operations running smooth
  • Be the front line of the company
  • Maintain a good relationship with both new and existing users 
  • Be a consultant for the users as well as a communicator between the users and the company
  • Ensure users satisfaction
  • Process users registration data and monetary / crypto transactions through admin panel
  • Monitoring the issues/complaints and troubleshoot by working with Product team
  • Reading, prioritizing, and responding to users’ queries through all channels (i.e. live chat, emails, phone calls and Telegram)
  • Foster amazing users experience

Who We Are Looking For 

  • Have at least 1 year of experience working in the related role 
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Fast learner
  • Getting things done
  • Fluent in English both spoken & written
  • Ready to work on shifting schedule
