Responsibilities
- Assisting in the Administration or Digitalization process (document filing) in PDF format.
- Assisting in the quick and accurate matching (reconciliation) of accounts in the General Ledger (Buku Besar).
- Contacting relevant parties, both internal and external, regarding the accounting cycle processes.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/Economics or equivalent
- Good understanding of accounting and journal entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to conduct reconciliations efficiently and accurately
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
