IT Vendor Manager (Indonesia)

We are looking for a IT Vendor Manager who will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Your ‘day to day’

• Oversee the evaluation, selection, contract negotiation and monitoring of global vendors in PMI

• Collaborate/Facilitate to maintain/build vendor relationships • Participate in creating standards for vendors

• Ensure compliance, resolve problems and streamline vendor related processes

• Coordinate vendor management tasks with external and internal stakeholders

• Conduct and review vendor assessments and risks analyses

• Communicate with vendors and performing the quality check, dealing with the price and improvements • Participate/Conduct vendor benchmarking processes

• Develop and implement vendor management policies and procedures

• Identifying areas for cost optimization and vendor consolidation

• Engage with vendors, review contracts, ensure vendors are delivering as per SLAs and agreements • Participate in various governance meeting to discuss topic/issue in the area of service management

• Organize survey for the services delivered by vendor/supplier

• Maintain relationship with stakeholders, both internal and external • Serve as the liaison between customer and vendor/supplier

• Provide support to the organization for problems with vendor/supplier

Who we’re looking for

• Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from IT-related background (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.)

• More than 3-4 years of related experience, especially in Vendor Management or Service Management • Experience in dealing with vendors with negotiation and decision-making skills

• Experience/understanding about vendor risk assessment

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire, influence and provide guidance • Good knowledge/understanding about IT technical services (ie: Infrastructure, communications, etc)

• Proactive and able to drive end to end processes and solution

• Able to work independently with no direct supervision

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead/collaborate cross-functionally especially in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders

• Willing and eager to learn inside and outside of the current domain

• Flexibility to work across time zone

• Good understanding of Service Management best practices and certified of common industry frameworks like Agile/SCRUM, ITIL (SNOW) are highly preferred
