Join us as a Guru Ekskul specializing in Podcast and become a pivotal part of our team at Sekolah.mu. In this role, you’ll not only impart your expertise but also help shape a flexible and purpose-driven learning environment. You’ll teach extracurricular activities aligned with your expertise, develop curricula in collaboration with Learning Strategists, create engaging lesson plans, evaluate student projects, provide qualitative feedback, and foster an interactive and fun learning atmosphere. What you will do…

• Teach extracurricular activities according to the grade level and expertise possessed, adhering to agreed-upon times and locations.
• Manage classroom dynamics and conduct effective class observations.
• Prepare the necessary tools and materials.
• Provide assessment and qualitative feedback to students in alignment with the classes taught.
• Document anecdotal notes (feedback) on Paddlet after each class meeting.
• Coordinate, brief, and reflect with the Learning Specialist (LS) as per agreed-upon schedules.
• Address student inquiries regarding the curriculum or assigned tasks.
• Develop a lesson plan in accordance with the directives provided by the Learning Specialist (LS).
• Conduct thorough research on relevant materials and educational topics.
• Deliver lesson plans and materials within the specified deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum education of an Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Strong interest in education and classroom supervision.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience, particularly in teaching and classroom management.
• Up-to-date with technological advancements.
• Proficient in operating Google Workspace (GDocs, GSlides, etc.).
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
