You’ll teach extracurricular activities aligned with your expertise, develop curricula in collaboration with Learning Strategists, create engaging lesson plans, evaluate student projects, provide qualitative feedback, and foster an interactive and fun learning atmosphere. What you will do…

• Conduct extracurricular activities in accordance with the appropriate level and expertise, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and location.
• Effectively manage the classroom and perform thorough observations of the classes instructed.
• Prepare and organize all necessary tools and materials.
• Provide assessments and detailed qualitative feedback to students based on the class being instructed.
• Record anecdotal notes (feedback) on Padlet after each class session.
• Coordinate, brief, and reflect with the Learning Specialist (LS) at the predetermined times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to students’ inquiries regarding the material and assignments provided.
• Develop a lesson plan in accordance with the directives provided by the Learning Specialist (LS).
• Conduct thorough research on relevant materials and educational topics.
• Submit the lesson plan and materials by the specified deadline.

Requirements

• Minimum education of an Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Strong interest in education and classroom supervision.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience, particularly in teaching and classroom management.
• Up-to-date with technological advancements.
• Proficient in operating Google Workspace (GDocs, GSlides, etc.).
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
