You’ll teach extracurricular activities aligned with your expertise, develop curricula in collaboration with Learning Strategists, create engaging lesson plans, evaluate student projects, provide qualitative feedback, and foster an interactive and fun learning atmosphere. What you will do…
- Conduct extracurricular teaching according to the educational level and expertise possessed, and adhere to agreed-upon times and locations.
- Verify and input student attendance in the designated HUB, and conduct classroom observations at the HUB, both for own classes and partner classes.
- Coordinate with LS (Learning Support) and the Academic Manager regarding academic matters.
- Seek and accompany students in festivals/competitions.
- Supervise homeroom and participants (Telegram) according to the classes taught, consult with parents and students, and act as an academic consultant.
- Responsible for students from arrival to departure at the HUB and outside the HUB.
- Develop marketing strategies applicable to the responsibilities at the HUB.
- Develop a calendar for HUB activation (minimum 2 extracurricular activations per month) and coordinate with the extracurricular marketing activation team for HUB activities.
- Compile monthly reports on the number of students at the HUB.
- Retrieve payments from students who have paid but are not yet in Telegram & LMS.
- Follow up with students who have not made payments and serve as the contact person for parents of extracurricular students at the HUB.
Requirements
- Minimum education of an Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Strong interest in education and classroom supervision.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience, particularly in teaching and classroom management.
- Up-to-date with technological advancements.
- Proficient in operating Google Workspace (GDocs, GSlides, etc.).
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Able to attend the designated HUB during specified working hours.
