Job Description
- Document preparation: compile comprehensive sets of documents required for permit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all permits, applications, and related documentation.
- Establish and maintain a systematic record-keeping system for all permit-related documents for future reference and audits.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather pertinent information essential for permit preparation
- Update management periodically or as needed on the progress of each permit process
- Willing to go on business trips
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field (legal education background or work experience will be a plus point)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in permit management or related field (experience in processing school license will be a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, including top level management and external authorities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple permit applications simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive preparation of permit documents.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in regulations and procedures affecting the permit preparation process.
- Excellent team work and eagerness to continue learning.
