Job Descriptions:
- Seek companies as leads for Sinar Mas Land’s premises.
- Manage strategic deals with both startups and established enterprises.
- Identify projects aligning with clients’ specific needs and preferences.
- Pursue leads diligently and sourcing products tailored to client requirements.
- Craft and delivering proposals, as well as preparing requisite documentation for leasing, purchasing, and selling assets.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Administration, or related major.
- Minimum 1 year experience in partner relations, tenant relations, sales & marketing.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office 365).
- Excellent data accuracy.
- Writing skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
