Human Capital Section Head – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Conduct and facilitate meetings with business unit leaders in addressing organizational changes to promote efficiency, resolving issues, and aligning human capital operations with business strategy.
  • Assist business managers in identifying key performance indicator (KPI) in alignment with corporate strategy and vision.  
  • Design and implement various workforce and organizational development programs.
  • Carry out end-to-end hiring process including candidate sourcing, conduct HR screening interview, arrange interview with hiring managers, provide guidance for online assessment, and collect candidate’s supporting documents.   
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, conduct, and evaluate people development assignment, module, methods, and program schedule.
  • Gather relevant information regarding employee’s development needs from various resources including corporate learning & development, colleagues, supervisor and superior.
  • Collect, review and evaluate annual performance management cycle (KPI) for assigned strategic business units.
  • Maintain human capital documentation compliance for subsidiaries and JV companies (incl. WLK, Company Regulations, Employee Data Update, and so forth.)
  • Plan and implement employee engagement strategies, including employee gathering, events, wellness program, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in psychology, industrial relations, business management, or related major.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure in HRBP, corporate organization development, talent acquisition or people management data & analytics.
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office, experience in utilizing graphic design tools would be advantegous).
  • Proven experience in managing dynamic stakeholders with demonstrated communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent learning agility in processing and comprehending new information.
  • Ability in addressing, managing, and solving complex problem.
  • Proven project management skills; demonstrated knowledge in managing transformative human capital initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Customer-driven with ability to align communication style with different type of stakeholders.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
