Job Description:

Manage the process of obtaining Izin Pemanfaatan Ruang (IPR), Site Plans, and Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) to ensure timely completion, so that the project can proceed according to the established targets and timelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering/Law.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field (permit).
• Have a good and effective communication, interpersonal, negotiation , administration and correspondence skill.
• Have a good networking to BPN/Government.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office and AutoCad).
• Willing to be placed in Cibubur/Roxy.
