Job Descriptions:

• Perform cost analysis of various types of work in preparation for tender
• Prepare and engage in the negotiation process with vendors or sub contractors, prepare tender documents and agreements.
• Prepare tender evaluation
• Make harsat analysis
• Checking the progress of the field and making detailed reports
• Control over budget and cost benefit analysis for all aspect of work
• Tracking any changes to the design or actual work and make adjusment to budget projections

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree from Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in the same field, preferably those who have handled high rise building projects.
• Have a good teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
• Willing to be placed in BSD city.
