Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HCM systems.
- Provide support in Recruitment, data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
- Help in resolving HCM-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with the HCM team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in HCM projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
1. A final grade of Undergraduate student (semester 7 or 8) or fresh graduate preferably from Psychology, Management, Business Administration.
2. Having knowledge of job portal platforms, HRIS, Google Product, Microsoft Office, Canva.
3. Strong interest in Human Capital Management and HR technologies..
4. Persistent, willing to achieve target, good communication.
5. Energetic, High initiative, and Like to learn new things.
