You:
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven track record with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Management in a digital marketing agency or similar environment;
- Strong organizational and managerial skills;
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills (Both in Bahasa & English);
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various project stakeholders;
- Ability to efficiently organize workflow processes and manage time;
- Competent in using tools such as Asana, Trello, ActiveCollab, Figma, Slack, Google Analytics, and other Project Management tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus;
- Understanding basic web development (WordPress, PHP, JS) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, and stakeholders and manage their expectations;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and dedicated hours;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Coordinating workflow processes between various departments of the company;
- Understanding project scope and differentiating what’s within the scope and what’s a new request.
- Maintaining developer monthly hours report for billing purposes.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
