Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement:
    • Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture an engaged online community around our brand.
    • Plan and oversee the implementation of community events, both online and offline, to foster a sense of belonging among members.
    • Monitor and participate in community discussions, responding to inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and constructive manner.
    Affiliate Program Management:
    • Create and manage a robust affiliate program to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
    • Identify and recruit potential affiliates, influencers, and partners aligned with our brand values and target audience.
    • Provide affiliates with the necessary resources, support, and incentives to maximize their performance.
    Content Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content tailored for the community and affiliate audience.
    • Develop and curate content that encourages user-generated content and interaction within the community.
    • Work with affiliates to ensure they have access to high-quality promotional materials and content.
    Performance Analysis:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement and affiliate marketing efforts.
    • Provide regular reports on the success of community initiatives and affiliate partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
    Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with community members, affiliates, and influencers to enhance brand advocacy and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
    Innovation and Optimization:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the community and affiliate marketing space.
    • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights, feedback, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years consumer marketing experience in fast moving environment
  • Proven experience in community management, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fostering connections and driving growth.
