Roles :

• Lead and execute AI & automation projects, integrating robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide, identify, analyze, and prioritize processes for automation and related AI needed.
• Develop, guide, implement, and optimize automation workflows to achieve process efficiencies and cost savings supported with recommended AI technology.
• Monitor and maintain automated processes, ensuring their continuous improvement and scalability.
• Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making and process optimization to onboard automation target.
• Embrace ongoing learning and knowledge sharing with relevant and updated technologies and industry trends to share recommendation of new automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possess experience with GenAI technologies and applications with minimum 5 years experiences.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing AI & Automation teams.
• Play collaborative role to engage the stakeholders.
