Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with local government bodies, FMCG companies, retailers, medium to small companies, and other large corporations located outside the Jakarta region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local government, FMCG, retail, medium to small companies, and large companies located outside Jakarta region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, decision-makers in FMCG companies, retailers, and medium to small companies.
  • Understand customers’ business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure effective account management and customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to local government, FMCG, retail, and medium to small companies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and solutions to effectively address customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on local government, FMCG, retail, medium to small companies, and large companies located outside Jakarta region.
  • Strong knowledge of local government policies, regulations, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
