- Develop & execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for B2B services, Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential clients, Lead the sales activity in acquiring new clients, meeting sales targets, and maximizing market share, Manage deals by planning and providing the necessary quotations to clients
- Develop a good understanding of the organisation’s products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements
- Identify & target potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, Cultivate & manage strategic partnerships with key players in the Enterprise & Wholesale ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding & service delivery, Identify, assess & resolve complex business problems/issues and propose alternative solutions
- Coordinate & partner across functional teams and Lines of Businesses (LOBs) within XL Axiata to strike innovative deals, provision orders and meet the customers’ service expectations;
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion and Provide insights to leadership for adapting sales and partnership strategies
- Manage risk & impact of change requests and assist with service request of variation order negotiation
- Manage & coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally, Prepare & present regular sales reports to senior management, Develop and manage the sales and partnership budget efficiently, Monitor and control expenses to optimize return on investment
- Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
