Requirements
- Preferable Experience as National Sales Manager or Senior Sales Area Manager (FMCG/Retail) at least 5 years (Modern Market, Minimarket & General Trade)
- Having strong engagement and relationship with Distributors, General & Modern Trade channels.
- Has experienced managing budget for trade spent and promotion.
- Strong negotiation trading term.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team
- Initiative, persuasive and proactive Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
