  • Handling end to end process of reseller (GTMT stores/Distributor) sales management
  • Create, manage and execute a strategy to boost reseller’s sales
  • Coordinate between other departments and reseller experience team to develop effective campaign and promo

Requirements

  • Preferable Experience as National Sales Manager or Senior Sales Area Manager (FMCG/Retail) at least 5 years (Modern Market, Minimarket & General Trade)
  • Having strong engagement and relationship with Distributors, General & Modern Trade channels.
  • Has experienced managing budget for trade spent and promotion.
  • Strong negotiation trading term.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team
  • Initiative, persuasive and proactive Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
