Senior Business Development Associate – B2B (Gaming) (Bukalapak)

What does day-to-day look like?

  • Grow and monitor revenue streams of portfolios through assigned channels
  • Analyze data & develop insights to help drive growth of portfolios
  • Build and maintain close-knit relationship and communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate across functions and manage projects to ensure timeline and target is met, including but not limited to sourcing, setting up sales channels, troubleshooting issues, and other ad-hoc task
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to execute plan and strategy to ensure goals are achieved

What does amazing look like?

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred from a reputable University in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the digital goods or technology industry especially handling digital goods / games reseller and distributor
  • Experience in project management or leading complex sales processes.
  • Driven, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel and data analytic skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs, providing effective solutions.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Having sales and leadership experience will be an advantage
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
