About the Role

  • Manage the whole hiring process from reaching out to candidates to making job offers and negotiating terms
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Advertise jobs internally and externally
  • Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
  • Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition from hiring managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Psychology or a relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills
