About the Role
- Manage the whole hiring process from reaching out to candidates to making job offers and negotiating terms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Advertise jobs internally and externally
- Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
- Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition from hiring managers
Requirements
- Bachelor in Psychology or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Have excellent communication and time management skills
